As the primary guarantor for the state of Arkansas, SLGFA has had and continues to nurture long-standing relationships with our lender clients. This enables our staff to provide our clients with more individualized customer service, training, and support. This same personal attention is given to each and every customer.
In addition to this dedication to customer service, SLGFA provides tools for learning. Our staff conducts workshops and training to assist lenders with default prevention efforts, financial literacy, and policy and compliance questions.
